My work began with the intention to help people relax and feel good inside their body's. I started like most with my CMT. This study course was 150 hours and within it  I learned; the fundamentals of sweadish, deep tissue, reflexology, polarity (energy arts), and of course anatomy and body ergonomics. Most importantly, I began to learn how to listen to the client and the body. Although for most, the CMT is a point of completion it was only the beginning for me. I became enthralled and amazed with how the body responded to different techniques. I continued to study Lymphatic and visceral drainage, Myofacial release, Trigger point and many other modality's. Although each technique addressed the body differently both on the physical and sicosamatic level, they all spoke of listening and responding to the tissue's of the body. It was this silent kinistetic communication between practitioner and the client's tissues that intrigued me the most!
Now after five years of study both in the class room and four years in practice I am even more amazed by the body and its ability to transform and communicate.
Like any good conversationalist I
